Guy Fawkes with Cousins

On November 5th we visited our cousins' place for dessert and fireworks:

Inside or outside?!

Since my flute exam was the following day and I had come straight from my second lesson
of the day (together they totalled two hours!!), a mini-concert was in order! ;)

And the others have a turn!

Heels run in the family . . . haha

Rainbow's End!

My friend Becks and I went to Rainbow's End together in November on the day homeschoolers could get in for only $16. Although the weather looked a bit dodgy in the morning, it soon cleared up - to the point that we got sunburnt! We spent much early part of the day queuing for rides, so it was nice when the schools all left at 2pm - suddenly we managed a whole lot of rides in a much shorter time! Somehow, though, there were few enough people there that I managed to be the only person on the Invader once! (awkward lol). Anyways, we had an AWESOME day!! :D

Umm..

Ok so November/December I was doing heaps heaps of shopping, right?
Well, this is one particular day I'm blogging about.

First, I went to Manna Christian bookshop - and one of the shop assistants recognised me and said 'hi.'

Later on, I went to eQUIP, and the shop assistant there was like 'Hey, your mum's pregnant, aye? When is she due?' And, ' You haven't got all your sisters with you today!'
I went to a few other places, and then went back when I realised I hadn't used my 50% off voucher (for signing up to their club thingie), to see if she'd honour it (she did! =D). When I got out to the van I looked through my bag from eQUIP, and something was missing, oops! So, for the THIRD time that day I went to eQUIP. When I got there and asked about it, she gave it to me in a bag with a note on it saying something like this: (I was just going to scan the note in but Mum says she chucked it out) :'(

"I have already been paid for,
but my owner left me behind.
(Her name is Bianca) =)"

How's that for being well known?!? lol!

This next scenario is of a slightly different nature =)

We decided to get pizza for dinner, so went to Domino's. I placed the order, and was asked what name it was for, "Bianca," I replied. Then on the screen with order statuses my name came up as "PRIYANKA." Mum didn't even realise it was our order ;-) haha

When I told Dad about the first two scenario's he said I did too much shopping...seriously, though, a teenage girl can NEVER do too much shopping!!!! *grin*

Mum's birthday

Hey Everyone,

Yes, we're back!! I'll catrch up on a few posts, then post about our holliday.

On November 21st, Mum turned 40.

I made roast chicken, with vegies for dinner, and someone (I can't remember who!!) made Apple? Crumble for dessert.
Oh, and I made a Chocolate Mud Cake as a birthday cake, only the oven was on grill, instead of bake, so only the top was cooked, but I iced it, and put candles on it and we sung 'Happy Birthday,' then we ate it with dessert.

Here are some photo's of Mum recieving her pressents.

And her gifts:

Bryce gave her an 'I promise to give you a cellphone lanyard' note,
Diana gave a bar of 'dream' chocolate,
Danielle gave a packet of hankies,
Monique gave a flannel,
Jarrod gave a note promising a candle from Dad's work,
Monique and i gave a 'Chocolate gift basket,' which included a mug, Jarrah 'extreme choc' drinking chocolate, Roses chocolates, plate of her favourite 'Vanilla Choc Chip' biscuits, and a packet of Marshmellows;
Dad gave her a new duvet cover.

I'll get on with the next post now!
